  • Who owns the centre?

  • What are our opening times?

  • Do we have a post box in the Centre?

    Yes, post boxes are located at the entrances from Car Parks 1, 3 and 5

  • Is there a Post Office in the Centre?

    WHSmith on South Mall provide a DHL postal service and sell stamps within the centre.

  • Is there anywhere that does photocopying or faxing?

    Yes, at the Customer Service Centre located opposite Argos.

  • What banks do we have in the Centre?

    Halifax Bank is located near the entrance from Car Park 1 and Yorkshire Bank is located near the entrance from Car Park 3.

  • Do we have internet access within the Centre?

    Yes we do. The Cloud is a free Wi-Fi service throughout the centre. Simply find it when you log onto the Internet using your smart phone. Set up an account and enjoy free Internet access at the White Rose time and time again.

  • Do we have ATM machines?

    Yes we do. They are located at Halifax Bank, Yorkshire Bank and on the food-court on the Upper Circle

  • Do we take credit/debit card payments?

    Yes, as long as you know your PIN number.

  • Can you smoke in the centre?

    No, we are a non-smoking Centre but there are designated smoking points around the outside of the Centre.

  • Do we have designated motor cycle parking areas?

    Yes, there is a motorcycle parking area near each Main Entrance.

  • Do we have a crèche?

    No, but Mini Shoppers are children's cars available for hire for a small charge. These are located at the Customer Service Centre, opposite Argos.

  • Do we have parent and child parking spaces?

    Yes, these are situated in car park 1.

  • Do we have disabled parking bays?

    Yes, we have 93 designated spaces and these are situated throughout every car park.

  • Do we provide wheelchairs and electric scooters?

    Shopmobility provide this service free of charge. All they require is 2 forms of identity, for example a driving licence, utility bill or a Blue badge.
