Little Shoppers Stay Safe
Remember to pick up a wristband for your little shoppers from the Customer Service Centre each time you come to the White Rose. The wristbands have space for an emergency contact number should you become separated during your visit.
Child Friendly Leeds
White Rose Shopping Centre is proud to be a partner in child friendly Leeds. We want Leeds to be the best place to grow up in the whole of the UK. To help make this happen, the city is bringing schools, businesses, voluntary organisations, families and individuals together to make Leeds a child friendly city.
In a child friendly Leeds, children and young people are valued, supported, enjoy growing up, and look forward to a bright future. Children and young people’s views are listened to and acted on, and they can make a difference in their school, their community and the city as a whole.
Mini Shoppers are little cars for your children to sit in and make their family shopping trip even more enjoyable. These are suitable for children aged 18 months to 5 years (this is at the parent/guardian's discretion). Each vehicle costs £3 per hour or £5 for 2 hours and can be hired from the Customer Service Centre.
Baby Changing Rooms
Complete with nappy vending machines, are easily accessible in the North and South Malls and the Upper Circle. The changing room in the South Mall and Upper Circle has a small feeding areas. Microwaves for bottle warming are also located on the Upper Circle for customers to use.
Free W-Fi is available across the centre using The Cloud. Find it when you log onto the Internet using your smart phone. Set up an account and enjoy free Internet access at the White Rose time and time again.
The Centre makes every effort to ensure that lost property is returned where possible. If you have lost an item whilst in the Centre, please make enquiries at the Customer Service Centre, located by Argos on the South Mall, where your details will be taken and if the item is found, your goods will be returned to you. Additionally if you find an item within the centre please hand it to Customer Services or a member of Security where it will be logged.

A network of CCTV cameras cover the Centre, the car parks and perimeter roads, our malls and car parks are patrolled by fully trained Customer Support Officers and two vehicles.
The majority of our staff are trained in first aid, defibrillation and the administration of oxygen. We have three defibrillators located throughout the centre. If you require assistance please report to the nearest staff member.
West Yorkshire Police have three full-time staff located at the centre. PC Julien, PCSO Tonks and PCSO Devaney work alongside our security team and security staff employed by our retailers to help us keep White Rose a safe place for shoppers. Any person committing an offence, or behaving inappropriately, whilst in the centre is issued with an exclusion order preventing them from returning. Is mobility a problem when shopping? Then why not take advantage of the free Shopmobility service? Shopmobility is managed from the Ross Care Mobility Store and offers visitors to the centre with free electric scooter hire, free powered wheelchair hire, free manual wheelchair hire and is open to suit White Rose opening hours. Advanced bookings are essential to use this free service.

The Quiet Room
White Rose Shopping Centre provides a Quiet Room, which is available for all who wish to use it for contemplation, prayer and reflection. The Quiet Room, located close to the Centre Management Suite off the Upper Circle food court, is open during normal centre opening hours.
