White Rose gift cards are accepted at all the stores in the centre, giving the holder the freedom to choose something really special. 

There is no charge for registering a White Rose Gift Card.

White Rose Xmas Club is free to join and you can open your account with just £1. There's no limit on the amount you can save and when you're ready to redeem your savings we'll load up to a maximum of £1,000 onto each gift card. You can also spread out your savings across a number of cards to give to your family and friends.

This is why our Wedding Gift Card is a great and practical way for your guests to contribute towards presents for your wedding or honeymoon - guaranteeing you receive the gifts that you both want.

Once you have been given your unique Wedding Gift Card account number, your guests can add to the account up to, and including your wedding day. Your gift card is accepted at all the stores in the centre, giving you both the freedom to choose something really special.

Where can I use my Gift Card?

You may use your Gift Card at any participating retailer within the centre, however Phones 4 U, Body Shop and Perfume Shop are currently unable to accept Gift Cards until further notice.

Is there a charge for a White Rose Gift Card?

White Rose Gift Cards are free, and can be loaded up with an amount of your choice to a maximum amount of £1000 per Gift Card.

How do I use the card?

Firstly sign on the reverse. When you wish to spend on the card simply present it to a participating retailer in the same way as any other debit card. The retailer will process the transaction and ask you to sign the debit card receipt, the gift card is not a Chip and Pin card and you do not need a PIN number to use the card. It is always a good idea to check your balance before spending on the card.

What do I do if I have lost my Gift Card?

If you lose your Gift Card please telephone Customer Services on 0870 730 7343. You will not be responsible for any transactions on the card after notifying Customer Service.

How long is my Gift Card valid for?

Each Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the initial date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the receipt you received with your Gift Card.
