Do you have a question for the White Rose Shopping Centre?  

If you are planning a visit to White Rose here are a number of frequently asked questions and answers that we hope you will find helpful.

Do you sell White Rose Gift Cards?
A: 

Yes, these can be purchased from the Customer Service Centre between WH Smith and Argos.

Do you have a Marks & Spencer?
A: 
Yes, Marks and Spencer opened a store at the centre on 19 October.
 
Q: 
Do you have a post box in the Centre?
A: 

Yes, Post-boxes are located at the north, south and Upper Circle entrances.

 
Q: 
Are there any Baby Changing/Feeding rooms?
A: 
Yes, on the Upper Circle at the end of the corridor in between Primark and BB’s Coffee and Muffins.

Is there a Post Office in the Centre?

Not currently

 
Q: 
Is there anywhere that does photocopying or faxing?
A: 

Yes, at the Customer Service Centre located between Argos and W H Smiths.

What banks do you have in the Centre?

Halifax and Yorkshire Banks

Do we have internet access within the Centre?
A: 

Not currently, but it is something the centre is investigating.

Do you have ATM machines?

There are a number of ATMs around the centre, both internal and external.

Do you take credit/debit card payments?

Yes as long as you know your PIN number.

Can you smoke in the centre?
A: 

No we are a non smoking centre but there are designated smoking points around the outside of the centre.

 
Q: 
Where are the public toilets?
A: 

Public toilets are located on the upper circle along the corridor between BB’s and Primark, at the south next to Shopmobility and in the north between Sunglass Hut and Millies Cookies.

Do you have designated motor cycle parking areas?
A: 

Yes, there is a motorcycle parking area near each Main Entrance.

 
Q: 
Do you sell White Rose Gift Cheques?
A: 

Gift cheques have been replaced with pre-paid MasterCard Maestro gift cards.  The cards can be loaded with any amount up to a limit of £1,000 and can be used as many times and in as many retailers as desired until the value of the cards has been exhausted.  The cards cost £2.00 to purchase.  Discount is available for bulk purchases.  The old gift cheques can still be redeemed at stores until the expiry date.

Is there a crèche?

No, but Kiddykars are available for hire for £2.50 per hour. These are located at the Customer Service Centre.

Do you have parent and child parking spaces?
A: 

Yes, these are situated in car park 1

Do you have disabled parking bays?
A: 

Yes, these are situated in every car park

Do we provide wheelchairs and electric scooters?
A: 

Shop mobility provide this service free of charge, all they require is 2 forms of identity, for example a driving licence, utility bill or a Blue badge.

What are the Centre opening hours?

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am until 8pm, Thursday 10am – 9pm, Saturday 9am – 7pm, Sunday 11am – 5pm
