White Rose Xmas Club is free to join and you can open your account with just £1. There's no limit on the amount you can save and when you're ready to redeem your savings we'll load up to a maximum of £1,000 onto each gift card. You can also spread out your savings across a number of cards to give to your family and friends.*

Once you have been given your unique Wedding Gift Card account number, your guests can add to the account up to, and including your wedding day. Your gift card is accepted at all the stores in the centre, giving you both the freedom to choose something really special.

Gift Card FAQ's

Where can I use my Gift Card?

You may use your Gift Card at any participating retailer within the centre, however Phones 4 U are currently unable to accept Gift Cards until further notice.

How do I use the card?

Firstly sign on the reverse. When you wish to spend on the card simply present it to a participating retailer in the same way as any other debit card. The retailer will process the transaction and ask you to sign the debit card receipt, the gift card is not a Chip and Pin card and you do not need a PIN number to use the card. It is always a good idea to check your balance before spending on the card.

What do I do if I have lost my Gift Card?

If you loose your Gift Card please telephone Customer Services on 0870 730 7343. You will not be responsible for any transactions on the card after notifying Customer Service.

How long is my Gift Card valid for?

Each Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the initial date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the receipt you received with your Gift Card.
