Duties & Responsibilities include:
- To support the management team whilst managing a team of staff
- To deliver results through a team
- Contributes to improving business performance through a continued focus on KPI’s, cost and profit
- To take responsibility for commercial and operational decisions in the absence of the management team
- Maintain high standards in store at all times
- Promotes outstanding customer service by acting as a role model and challenges activity that impacts on providing great service levels
- To communicate effectively with the management team to establish priorities and review store performance
- Supports activity to minimise stock loss
- Communicates clearly to the team ensuring they maintain a customer first mind set.
- Executes visual merchandising requirements, ensuring they are achieved to the highest standard to drive sales
- To analyse reports and data to confidently suggest ways to maximise sales opportunities
