Duties & Responsibilities include:

• To support the management team whilst managing a team of staff
• To deliver results through a team
• Contributes to improving business performance through a continued focus on KPI’s, cost and profit
• To take responsibility for commercial and operational decisions in the absence of the management team
• Maintain high standards in store at all times
• Promotes outstanding customer service by acting as a role model and challenges activity that impacts on providing great service levels
• To communicate effectively with the management team to establish priorities and review store performance
• Supports activity to minimise stock loss
• Communicates clearly to the team ensuring they maintain a customer first mind set.
• Executes visual merchandising requirements, ensuring they are achieved to the highest standard to drive sales
• To analyse reports and data to confidently suggest ways to maximise sales opportunities
