Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Customer service – greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Provide advice and fashion recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assisting in organising and replenishment merchandise on the sales floor.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and accessories.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
