Christmas at White Rose has now wrapped up for the season - thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate!

Christmas at White Rose brought festive fun, celebration and shopping together under twinkling lights, creating the perfect setting for a grand day out in Leeds. From family adventures and festive events to Christmas shopping and cinema trips, White Rose was the place to be throughout the season.

Whether visitors were planning a family day out, a festive get-together or a last-minute gift-shopping spree, White Rose offered something for everyone in the run-up to Christmas.

What went on at Christmas?
Throughout the festive season, White Rose was full of Christmas cheer. Guests enjoyed seasonal events, festive entertainment and easy Christmas shopping, all in one place.

From skating on the ice rink and enjoying Christmas films at Cineworld, to ticking off gift lists at favourite brands, White Rose made Christmas in Leeds feel simple, joyful and memorable.

Extended Christmas opening hours also helped give shoppers extra time to plan visits and get everything on their lists checked off.

Festive family fun

White Rose was home to some of the most magical Christmas events noted in Leeds. Families stepped aboard the White Rose Express, a festive take on Santa’s grotto, where children met Father Christmas inside a vintage train carriage and received a special gift.

The White Rose ice skating rink also returned for the season, welcoming skaters of all ages. Whatever the weather, friends and families leapt, glided and pirouetted their way through the festive period, making it a highlight of Christmas at the centre.

The best Christmas parties in Leeds

Whether it was a family get-together or an office celebration, White Rose offered plenty of ways to host a Christmas party in Leeds.

Guests enjoyed friendly competition at King Pins with bowling and ice-free curling, or put their teamwork to the test at The Escapologist. After the fun, festive celebrations continued with food and drinks at Bianco Lounge, where classic Christmas flavours were given a seasonal twist.

Christmas shopping at White Rose was made easy with everything under one roof. Shoppers picked up stocking fillers at Flying Tiger, toys and gadgets at The Entertainer and Menkind, and books perfect for gifting at Waterstones.

Beauty and self-care gifts were also popular, with shoppers treating loved ones to cosmetics and toiletries from Lush and seasonal fragrances from Rituals. With so much choice in one place, Christmas shopping in Leeds felt simple and stress-free.
